Summary
This study tests a new way to give chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancers like colorectal and stomach cancer. Doctors will adjust the dose of one chemo drug (5-FU) based on how well each patient tolerates it, aiming to give higher doses to those who can handle it without severe side effects. The goal is to see if this personalized approach is feasible and effective. About 36 adults with advanced or inoperable cancers will participate.
