Summary
This study tests a program called FOREST that teaches positive emotion skills to staff working in gun violence prevention. The goal is to reduce burnout, anxiety, and depression, and improve well-being and job retention. One hundred employees from UCAN in Chicago will take part over nine months, learning skills during work meetings and online modules.
