First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether foot reflexology can reduce nausea and vomiting in the first day after sleeve gastrectomy (a type of weight-loss surgery). About 60 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either foot reflexology or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can help patients feel better and recover more smoothly.
