First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether foot reflexology can reduce nausea and vomiting in the first 24 hours after sleeve gastrectomy (a type of weight-loss surgery). About 60 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either foot reflexology or standard care. The goal is to see if this gentle foot massage can help patients feel better and recover more comfortably.
