NCT ID NCT07270328
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a specific foot and ankle exercise program or a walking program could help people with diabetes. Researchers wanted to see if these exercises were practical to do and if they might improve nerve pain, stress, and quality of life. The study involved 108 adults who followed one of the exercise plans or received standard education for 12 weeks.
