Summary
This study looks at whether combining foot and ankle exercises with mindful walking can help people with diabetic polyneuropathy feel less pain, move better, and enjoy a better quality of life. About 38 adults aged 40-75 who have nerve damage from diabetes and experience foot or ankle pain will take part. The goal is to see if these gentle, drug-free activities can make a real difference in daily comfort and function.
