Summary
This study tests whether combining foot-ankle exercises with mindful walking can reduce pain, improve foot and ankle function, and boost quality of life in people with diabetic polyneuropathy. Thirty-eight adults aged 40-75 with confirmed diabetic nerve damage and moderate to severe foot pain will participate in a 12-week program. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to manage symptoms.
