Summary
This study tests whether adding magnetic pulses to the soles of the feet during balance exercises can lower fall risk in older adults with diabetic nerve damage. Forty participants will receive either real or fake magnetic stimulation while doing balance training. The goal is to see if this approach improves balance and reduces the chance of falling.
