Summary

This study tested a special type of radiation called stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in 17 men whose prostate cancer returned after earlier radiation. The treatment delivers high doses of radiation in just 5 sessions over 2 weeks, targeting only the tumor. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and see what side effects occur. Participants were followed for 2 years after treatment.
