Foam roller or nerve glide: which eases tight hamstrings better?

Summary
This pilot study will test two self-care techniques—foam rolling and nerve sliding—in 30 people with tight hamstrings and a history of low back pain. Participants will try both methods in random order, with a month break in between. The goal is to see which approach improves flexibility and reduces discomfort.
