Summary

This study tests a device called Mostcare® that uses blood pressure readings to predict whether critically ill children need more fluids. About 100 children aged 0-10 who are on breathing machines after surgery or trauma will take part. The goal is to see if the device's measurements match standard ultrasound checks, helping doctors make faster, safer decisions.
