Summary

This study looks at how a park-based afterschool program called Fit2Play affects children's physical fitness and mental health. Researchers will analyze data from about 5,000 kids who took part in the program. They will measure changes in weight, blood pressure, fitness tests, and feelings of anxiety or depression.
