Summary
This study tests whether a new risk algorithm (FIND HF) can better detect undiagnosed heart failure in people at risk. About 475 adults aged 40+ will have a blood test and heart ultrasound. Researchers will compare how many high-risk vs low-risk people are found to have heart problems.
