Summary

This study tests whether a tool called FIND HF can spot people at high risk for undiagnosed heart failure. About 475 adults aged 40 and older will have a blood test and an ultrasound of their heart. Researchers will compare how often heart problems are found in high-risk versus low-risk groups to see if the tool works.
