Simple walk and relax routine tested to fight dialysis fatigue
NCT ID NCT07014111
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a program that combines gentle walking with progressive muscle relaxation can help reduce the extreme tiredness (fatigue) that many people with end-stage kidney disease feel while on dialysis. Researchers will enroll 40 adults who are on hemodialysis and feel fatigued. Participants will follow a 12-week program and the study will measure if it is practical and acceptable, not whether it works for sure.
