Summary
This trial tests whether a drug called coated aldehyde oxystarch (Xiqing) can reduce protein-bound uremic toxins in adults with end-stage renal disease who are on dialysis. Participants take the drug three times daily for three months. Researchers measure toxin levels in the blood before and after treatment to see if they drop.
