This study tests whether a 16-week supervised exercise program (circuit training with resistance, functional, and aerobic exercises) can improve frailty and muscle loss in 80 men with metastatic prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy. Participants must be pre-frail or frail. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce inflammation and help patients stay stronger during treatment.
