Summary
This study compares two medications, pregabalin and mirogabalin, to see which works better for easing fibromyalgia pain. About 674 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia will take one of the drugs and report their pain levels. The goal is to find a more effective and safer treatment option for this chronic pain condition.
