First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares the pain-relieving effects of pregabalin alone versus pregabalin combined with toludesvenlafaxine in people with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain, fatigue, and mood issues, and current treatments often provide only modest relief. The study will enroll 384 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia to see if the combination offers better pain control without more side effects.
