First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study compares taking pregabalin alone versus pregabalin plus desvenlafaxine for fibromyalgia pain. Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain and fatigue, and current treatments only help about 25-40% of patients. Researchers want to see if the combination provides better pain relief without more side effects. The study will enroll 384 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia.
