Summary
This study compares taking pregabalin alone versus pregabalin plus desvenlafaxine for fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers want to see if the combination provides better pain relief without more side effects. The study will enroll 384 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found relief from non-drug treatments.
