Summary

This study compares taking pregabalin alone versus combining it with another drug (toludesvenlafaxine) to treat fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers aim to see if the combination provides better pain relief without more side effects. About 384 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia will participate.
