First seen Jun 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether giving personalized chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) can improve outcomes for people with early-stage breast cancer. Researchers will use detailed tumor typing to match each participant with the most promising drug combination. The trial enrolls 716 adults aged 18-70 with operable breast cancer and aims to see how many achieve a complete response (no cancer left in tissue after treatment).
