First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study is testing a new imaging agent called [68Ga]Ga-NI-FAPI-04 for PET/CT scans to see if it can better detect diseases linked to fibroblast activation, such as tumors, heart conditions, and pulmonary fibrosis. About 30 participants, including patients and healthy volunteers, will undergo imaging to measure how well the agent highlights affected areas. The goal is to improve diagnosis accuracy for these conditions.
