First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a special PET scan called FAPI PET/CT can see inflammation in people with Sjögren's syndrome, an autoimmune disease that causes dryness. Researchers will compare the scan results with blood tests and also look at scans from people with tumors. The goal is to find a better way to measure disease activity and guide treatment. About 60 adults aged 18-80 are being enrolled.
