Summary
This study compares two family-based behavioral treatments delivered via telehealth for children aged 7-13 with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal is to see if these lower-intensity therapies can reduce symptoms as effectively as standard care. About 100 children and their parents will participate, with one group also receiving relaxation training.
