Summary

This study tested a 12-week program for parents and children (ages 8 and up) in Chile to improve physical activity, sleep, and fitness. Families received weekly digital tips and attended three in-person activity sessions. The goal was to see if the program increased moderate-to-vigorous physical activity in children. This was a minimal-risk study that also explored how the program might work.
