This study looked at whether a faith and prayer mobile app called PRAY.COM could help university students feel better mentally and emotionally. About 450 students used the app for at least 10 minutes each day over 8 weeks. The goal was to see if students would use it regularly and find it helpful for reducing stress, anxiety, and loneliness. Results showed high satisfaction and weekly use, suggesting the app may be a useful tool for supporting student well-being.
