New study aims to close gaps in colon cancer screening Follow-Up

Summary
This study looks at why some people don't get a follow-up colonoscopy after a positive FIT stool test and tests simple strategies to help them complete it. Researchers will work with 45 patients from Codman Square Health Center to find out what works best. The goal is to make sure everyone gets the care they need, regardless of background.
