Summary
This study aims to help adults aged 40 and older in Upper Manhattan get better eye care. It will offer free eye screenings at local health centers and senior centers, and provide support like scheduling appointments and transportation. The goal is to see if this extra help leads to more people getting eye exams and catching eye diseases early.
