First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested two ways of removing the breathing tube after a C-section under general anesthesia to see which one helps women breathe better right after surgery. 120 adult women took part. One method used gentle air pressure during tube removal, while the other used suction. The goal was to see which method leads to fewer episodes of low oxygen levels in the first hour after surgery.
