Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week program using active video games (exergames) on the Nintendo Switch can improve quality of life, motivation, and exercise adherence in adults with mental illness. Twelve participants will be split into an exergame group or a usual-care group. The goal is to see if this fun, adaptable approach helps reduce physical symptoms and supports emotional well-being.
