Summary

This study looks at why people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) get tired easily during exercise. Researchers will test whether regular physical activity can improve blood flow and reduce fatigue in 45 Veterans. The goal is to understand how nerves in the leg muscles affect exercise tolerance and whether exercise can be a helpful treatment.
