Summary

This study looks at how exercising in the morning versus the evening, and on an empty stomach versus after eating, changes the way your body burns energy and fat. Twenty healthy adults with overweight or obesity will complete treadmill tests to measure these effects. The goal is to learn more about how exercise timing and food intake interact with metabolism.
