Summary
This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or evening makes a bigger difference in reducing liver fat for postmenopausal women with fatty liver disease. Sixty-three women will be placed into morning exercise, evening exercise, or a no-exercise group for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure liver fat, heart health markers, and gut bacteria changes to find the best timing for exercise benefits.
