Summary
This study looks at whether the time of day you exercise matters for blood sugar control in people with prediabetes. Researchers will compare morning versus late afternoon exercise in 48 adults with prediabetes. They will measure how the body stores fat and uses energy to see if afternoon exercise is more effective at improving insulin sensitivity and preventing type 2 diabetes.
