Summary
This study looked at whether exercising in the morning or evening helps control blood sugar better in pregnant women with gestational diabetes or glucose intolerance. 39 participants walked or stepped for 30 minutes either after breakfast or after dinner. The goal was to see which timing leads to better 24-hour glucose levels, and also check effects on sleep and mood.
