Summary

This study looks at whether a program of exercise and a dietary supplement called nicotinamide riboside (similar to vitamin B3) can improve muscle health and insulin resistance in adult survivors of childhood cancer who have prediabetes. The study involves 20 participants and focuses on whether the program is practical and well-tolerated. Results may help design future treatments to lower diabetes risk in this group.
