Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of aerobic exercise (like walking or biking) affect heart and lung fitness in women who have finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer. About 152 post-menopausal women will take part. The goal is to find the best exercise program to improve how well the body uses oxygen and keep the heart and blood vessels healthy.
