NCT ID NCT07303179
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a structured exercise program during dialysis sessions can help people with end-stage kidney disease improve their muscle strength, walking ability, and overall quality of life. About 60 patients will either receive dialysis alone or dialysis plus exercise (like cycling and resistance training) three times a week for two years. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce hospitalizations and help patients feel better day-to-day.
