Summary
This study tests a 3-month exercise program for people with mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss) due to Alzheimer's. Participants will do exercises that combine physical and mental tasks twice a week. Researchers want to see if this improves walking, balance, and thinking compared to standard exercise or just advice. The study involves 45 adults over 50 who can walk independently.
