Summary
This study looked at whether a personalized exercise program can improve fitness and well-being in people with dilated cardiomyopathy, a type of heart muscle disease. 300 participants wore an Apple Watch to track activity and symptoms over 13 months. The main goal was to see if maximum oxygen intake (a measure of fitness) changed, and researchers also monitored heart function, quality of life, and safety.
