NCT ID NCT07251959
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests if short sessions of exercise plus manual therapy (like massage) done at work can reduce pain and improve productivity in office workers with chronic back or neck pain. About 60 participants will receive either real manual therapy or a sham version alongside exercise. The goal is to see if combining these treatments is more effective than exercise alone.
