Summary
This study looks at whether a program of aerobic and strength exercises can improve physical performance and quality of life in adults with chronic kidney disease, including those on dialysis. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. The goal is to see if regular exercise can help manage the disease and improve daily functioning.
