Dance away distress: exercise study targets Women's mental health

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week supervised group exercise program with music can boost emotional well-being in physically inactive women aged 35-60 who feel stressed or down. One hundred women will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a waitlist. Researchers will measure mood, anxiety, depression, physical fitness, and quality of life before, after, and three months later.
