First seen Jul 28, 2026 · Last updated Jul 29, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether giving a combination of clonazepam, olanzapine, and buprenorphine for just two days can quickly relieve the intense emotional distress of Suicide Crisis Syndrome in hospitalized adults. Participants are randomly assigned to receive one, two, or three of these medications, or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug pulses can reduce distress and suicidal thoughts by the time of discharge and one month later.
