Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week treadmill walking program could boost physical fitness, reduce fatigue, and improve mood in people with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Thirteen adults with TBI who were not physically active took part. They exercised three times a week, and researchers measured changes in fitness, fatigue, and mood before and after the program.
