Summary
This study tests whether a supervised exercise program can help pediatric and young adult sarcoma patients (ages 12-39) tolerate chemotherapy better. Forty newly diagnosed patients will either do weekly exercise sessions or just complete symptom surveys. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and whether it improves how much chemotherapy they can receive.
