NCT ID NCT06716489
Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised aerobic exercise program, combined with education about pain, can help women with migraines. It will compare this approach to general recommendations for home-based physical activity. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce migraine-related disability, improve quality of life, and change how the body senses pain.
