Summary
This study looks at whether different types of exercise can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with chronic lower back pain. About 88 adults aged 18 to 45 will be placed into one of three groups: usual exercise, running, or swimming/cycling. Researchers will measure pain and disability at the start, after 8 weeks, and again at 12 months.
