Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week strength and functional exercise program can improve walking, balance, and daily function in people with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP). Twenty participants aged 16 to 70 will do supervised video-based exercises twice a week. The goal is to see if this approach can ease motor symptoms and improve quality of life.
