Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week treadmill walking program could help adults who had a traumatic brain injury. Researchers wanted to see if regular aerobic exercise could improve their physical fitness, reduce severe fatigue, and help with mood. Participants completed exercise sessions three times a week and had their fitness and symptoms measured before and after the program.
