Summary
This study tested whether two types of exercise could improve sleep for pregnant women in their third trimester who were having trouble sleeping. Researchers compared a traditional pregnancy exercise program with a stretching program over three weeks. They measured sleep quality and anxiety levels to see which approach worked better for helping expectant mothers rest.
