NCT ID NCT07353372
First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study will test whether a 6-week exercise program, when added to usual care, can reduce disability and pain in adults aged 60 and older with long-term low-back pain. About 314 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or usual care alone. The researchers will also use MRI and computer models to better predict who might benefit most from this approach.
